Our products are engineered to strictly match OEM specifications for brands like Komatsu, Hitachi, and CAT. We use the same material standards (ST52/E355 steel) and sealing kits (NOK/Hallite) as the original parts, ensuring they fit and perform exactly like the original but at a factory-direct price.

We are flexible. For standard models (e.g., PC200 Boom Cylinder), our MOQ is 1 unit. For custom hydraulic cylinders, we accept small batch orders. Our engineering team can create CAD drawings within 24 hours based on your samples or technical parameters (Bore, Rod, Stroke).

We offer a 12-month warranty on all hydraulic cylinders from the date of arrival. If any manufacturing defect (such as oil leakage or rod bending under normal use) occurs, SEIGO will provide free replacement parts or a new cylinder.

This is known as “winter shrinkage.” Rubber seals lose flexibility in freezing temps, causing temporary gaps. While common, persistent hydraulic cylinder leaking in winter often signals that your seals are aged and ready for a seal kit replacement or an upgrade to Low-Temp compounds before they fail completely.

This is a classic symptom of hydraulic cylinder drift caused by internal bypass. It means the piston seal inside the cylinder is damaged, allowing oil to leak internally from the high-pressure side to the low-pressure side. This requires an immediate cylinder replacement or rebuild to ensure safety.
